PEA591. Theraband Dorsiflexion with Knee Extended

Long sitting with legs straight forward, tie one end of the theraband to the foot and the other end to the stable surface in front.

Maintain core set and knees bend to 5 degrees.

Breathe out, move the foot towards you against the resistance of the theraband.

Breathe in, move the foot away from the body.

Repeat.
