Stand, elevate the arm forward to 90 degrees, elbows straight, move the hand towards the ceiling such that palm facing forward, place another hand on the palm.

Maintain chin tuck and blades set.

Breathe out, further move the hand towards the ceiling using the other hand.

Feel for the stretch under the forearm.

Hold.

Breathe in, release the pull.
