Stand with arms by the side.

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.

Breathe out, move the neck to one side as if trying to touch the ear to the shoulder, using the hand further move the neck in same direction.

Feel for the stretch on the opposite side of the neck.

Hold.

Breathe in, release the pull and back to starting position.
