Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by the side.

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.

Breathe in, elevate the arms forward to 90 degrees, bend the knees and lower the buttocks towards the floor by 30 degrees as if sitting on the chair.

Breathe out, squeeze the buttocks and push up to starting position.

Repeat.
