PEH541. Supine Hamstring Stretch with Towel

Lie on the back with legs straight forward, loop the towel under the foot and hold the either ends of the towel.

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.

Breathe out, lift the leg straight off the floor.

Further elevate the leg using the assistance of the towel.

Feel for the stretch under the thigh.

Hold.

Breathe in, release the stretch.
