Long-sitting with legs straight forward such that toes pointing towards the ceiling, hold one end of theraband and tie the other end to the foot.

Maintain core set.

Breathe out, move the foot away from the body against the resistance of theraband.

Breathe in, move the foot back to starting position.

Repeat.
