PEU509. Standing Punch Plus with Theraband

Stand, elevate the arms to 90 degrees forward such that thumbs pointing towards the ceiling and elbows straight, wrap the theraband on the upper back and hold either ends of the theraband.

Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.

Breathe out, punch forward in the air stretching the band such that the shoulder rounds forward.

Breathe in, un-round the shoulders.

Repeat.
