FOR MAXIMUM BENEFIT
- Place the brace on your leg from behind the knee ensuring the contour cut fits at patella
- Adjust the width of the brace so as to fit the circumference of the knee
- Attach the four velcro straps from the front & adjust to optimal comfort
- Take the large elastic band on the opposite side over the patella, stretch and lock with velcro
