The silicone insoles can be fitted in any shoe while wearing socks. Talcum powder should be applied, before fixing them in the shoe.

How to measure
1. Choose the size of the product based on your shoe size.
To clean, brush them clean or wipe them lightly with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry the insoles; nor dry clean. Do not expose the insoles to excessive heat
